Total Weight = (Essential Subjects × 3) + (Other Principals × 2) + Subsidiary + O-Level Weight + Gender Bonus

User Agreement & Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the NUVA Course Guidance System, you explicitly agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein. Any use of the system constitutes your legal acknowledgment and agreement to follow these rules and responsibilities.
Failure to comply may result in restricted access. Users should regularly review this agreement to ensure continued compliance.
Continued use of NUVA indicates acceptance of any updates or modifications made to the terms and conditions by BLEEM LABS CO.
2. System Purpose and Maintenance
NUVA provides advisory guidance on university course selection based on academic performance and user inputs. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, the system is continuously maintained and updated to enhance functionality and reliability.
The recommendations generated are advisory only, and users should not consider them as official admission guarantees. Temporary downtimes or minor system errors may occur during maintenance or updates.
Users are responsible for entering accurate information to ensure the validity of the guidance provided.
3. User Responsibilities
All users must provide accurate and complete information including grades, subjects, and other required data. Misrepresentation or incomplete information can lead to inaccurate recommendations.
Users are expected to follow instructions and guidelines, and use the system in a responsible and ethical manner.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
All intellectual property, software, algorithms, and content of NUVA belong exclusively to BLEEM LABS CO., fully owned by Muyanja Andrew. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercialization of the system or its content is strictly prohibited.
All rights, including trademarks, patents, and proprietary content, remain the sole property of BLEEM LABS CO.
5. Limitations & Disclaimers
NUVA provides guidance based on user input and academic data, but it does not guarantee university admission, scholarships, or specific academic outcomes. Users should independently verify results and recommendations.
BLEEM LABS CO. is not liable for any actions, decisions, or consequences that may result from using the system.
6. Privacy and Data Use
All personal and academic data entered into NUVA is treated confidentially. The information is used solely to generate course guidance recommendations.
Data is never sold, leased, or shared with third parties without explicit user consent. No account creation means no personal data is permanently stored.
7. Governing Law
This User Agreement is governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising from the use of NUVA will be handled under Ugandan jurisdiction.
8. Acknowledgment
By accessing or using NUVA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms, conditions, and limitations outlined in this agreement.
Full ownership and all rights of NUVA are held by BLEEM LABS CO., under Muyanja Andrew.
